Job Responsibilities
- Arrange, manage, and control an after sales service of all Low rise projects as well as housing and public facilities maintenance effectively under budget control.
- Oversee an after sales service protocol, procurement, and legal entity management and also carry out an efficient public facilities system
- Manage the Call Centre system to be the most effective to support after sales service efficiency.
- Advocate useful recommendations to the team, aiming to systematically solve problems
- Broaden working procedures being more digitalized and standardized
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experiences in Property Management or After Sales Service real estate industry only.
- Knowledge in Legal Entity
- Knowledge in Construction Management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding leadership
- Continuously update all technology-related issues
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills and service minds
- Positively proactive, Innovative differentiate, Passionate to success, Collaboration, and Sense of ownership.
