Responsibilities:

• Working under executive/management team to formulate management policy, strategy, and target planning
• Monitoring assigned tasks to the subordinates, managing the team performance to effectively achieve goals, and reporting performance to the management respectively
• Monitoring project’s cost controlling and process of construction
• Verifying contract of construction and monitoring project to be complete effectively
• Getting involve and brainstorming for any consultants with related parties such as product development, marketing, and business development
• Being responsible for any assignment from executive team

  Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer) or related fields
• At least 5 years experiences in property management is preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication, management with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Service minded and be able to work independent and under tight timeline
