Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all Human Resources Management function, including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, rules and regulations compliance.
  • Develop and maintain human resources system that meets management information needs and proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side.
  • Develop performance appraisal system and ensure the effective implementation.
  • Design and execute compensation & benefit strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance.
  • Manage recruitment through active sourcing and selection techniques. Build up an active candidate database using a mixture of channels.
  • Lead, coach and supervise HRM team in their day-to-day activities and supervising subordinates to perform as assigned.
  • Build sustainable partnerships with managers to understand their business priorities and provide HR solutions that will deliver align with the business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Human Resources or related fields.
  • At least 15 years of experience in HRM with at least 5 years in management level
  • Strong leadership, analytical, goal oriented and getting things done.
  • Proactive, flexible, Strong time management and able to cope well with changes.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work well under pressure.
  • Good command of English and Computer literate especially in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work across all functions and levels within the company
  • Mentor and develop direct reports or other team members, as appropriate.
  • Positively proactive, Innovative differentiate, Passionate to success, Collaboration, and Sense of ownership.
