Projects 10 million baht and above:

Receive 25,000 baht in cash.

Projects between 5 and 9.9 million baht:

Receive 15,000 baht in cash.

Projects between 3 and 4.9 million baht:

Receive 12,500 baht in cash.

Project under 3 million bath:

Receive 10,000 baht in cash.

The company reserves the right to provide referral fees only to referrers who have registered through www.areeya.co.th and have confirmed registration documents.

Referrers

  • can recommend customers without limitation.
  • We reserve the right to grant referral rights to the first referrer based on the registration date and time.
  • Registered information must be true and obtained in good faith.
  • Referrers will be subject to a 3% withholding tax on the value received from referrals.

The referred party

  • has never provided personal information by visiting the project, inquiring for details, or registering for other special privileges with the company prior.
